I have never swung an Easton bat but I have done a lot of research. The Bomb Squad will have more of an end load with a 12 inch barrel while the Flex will have a 13.5 inch barrel. & 28.5oz.) while the Easton Helmer Flex comes in the standard sizes (26oz., 27oz., 28oz.). The Easton Bomb Squad Brett Helmer comes in the 1/2 ounces sized (26.5oz., 27.5oz.What's the difference between this and the Helmer Flex?.The end load will be lighter on the 26.5oz. The sweet spot on all of the sizes will be the same. And also would a 26.5 lean towards kind of swinging a 27 ? I'm about 5'9 240 My question is if I got a 26.5 Brett helmer bat than the 27.5 would it have less of and end load and less of a sweet spot also. This sounds like a warranty issue and we recommend contacting Easton's warranty department at 1-88. We are not familiar with this bat turning different colors. So I had bough this bat had it for a couple of days and the other side of the barrel is like dark blue, it was weird idk if it's cause if the weather or not. This bat also stays above compression limits much more longer than Miken/Worth. Not bad out the wrapper but after 500+ swings this bat will SMASH theĮxtremely durable at 1400+ swings (no racks, no spirals no signs of stress on the barrel).Īfter 1000 swings the bat tested at 255 and is on FIRE.Įastons do take time to get game ready but they are so durable, you can make this a team bat and have no concerns about durability. The progressive end load does not have that sledge hammer feel at all.
